Cicero, Indiana was the home of a short lived but interesting glass manufacturing time during the days of a plentiful natural gas supply. It was the home for The Bonita Glass Co., The Cicero Glass Co., and The Arduser Mould Shop. Although most of their activities are documented by the leading trade journals of the time, none of their catalogs can be located to document or illustrate their work. This booklet by Jo and Bob Sanford compiles what is known about these companies. References to Bonita glass are reprinted from the glass journals of time. Advertising is reproduced. Incredibly, despite a prolific production of blown bar tumblers, stemware and opal goods, through the employment of up to a 1000 worker, none of products are pictured as there have been no pictures yet found.
