Two volumes of Fenton Special Orders by John Walk. The first covers the years 1940 - 1980. Over 840 color photos display the Fenton Art Glass produced by their Special Orders Division for many well known companies, including L.G. Wright; Abels, Wasserberg & Co.; Macy's; DeVilbiss Manufacturing Co.; Sherwin-Williams; Levay; and Sears. The text includes histories of the companies for whom Fenton produced special order items, tips on identifying Fenton special order items, a glossary, and a bibliography. The second covers the years 1980 to the present. QVC; Mary Walrath; Martha Stewart; Cracker Barrel; JC Penney; National Fenton Glass Society; and Fenton Art Glass Club of America are all included. Displayed in 900 color images are the Fenton Art Glass special order items produced from 1980 to today. These items were produced for many companies, collectors' clubs, and individual customers, including Aladdin, Anheuser-Busch, Lenox, and QVC. The text includes brief histories of the agencies who ordered items and values in the captions.
