If you receive a damaged book or an item different from that ordered, I can arrange to exchange it. If an exchange is not possible, I will refund your money or make other arrangements that are satisfactory to both of us. Please notify me within 7 days of any problems.
If you simply want to return an item that does not suit your needs, contact me by email before returning. I cannot refund your actual shipping but I will refund the full cost of an item returned to us in the same condition as you received it. Receiving returns without advance notice is often problematic, so again please contact me first by email. Otherwise I may charge a 20% restocking fee.
